🎶Members of the College Vocal Ensemble, Levi Brown and Henry O'Brien represented Gilroy recently at the St Bernadette's Parish Castle Hill's Christmas Carols evening. It was a beautiful night where they sang a selection of Christmas repertoire to support the Community Carols segment. 🎵

During Term 4, Year 7 students attended a presentation by Jonny Shannon, a motivational speaker who spoke about bullying and resilience. 🎤 Jonny shared his story about being bullied as a student, to the point of getting into fights and eventually being expelled. He saw a counsellor who worked with him to understand his weak points and build them up to become resilient. 💪 In his presentation Jonny shared practical strategies for showing strength and grit in all aspects of life and using them to become resilient to negative situations. 🦁
